Outstanding!!! I have a 9 year old non-verbal autistic grandson and a haircut experience is overwhelming with major meltdowns BUT Leigh and the team always make it a simple and quick experience for him and US. We pre book his appointment so he can have his haircut in the Sensory Room and like I say the appointment is quick and simple. THANK YOU.

the only place to go if kids struggle with hair cuts. the staff are all amazing it's took almost 3 years of hard work and patience but my little boy can now tolerate having his hair cut. we can not thank bobbie enough we love you!

Fantastic! The girls were amazing. Did my youngest’s 1st haircut again at Fidgets Whitley Bay and it was smashing! Thank you so much!

Jenny took great care and attention especially as our son had a nasogastric tube and due to the relaxed and friendly surroundings he had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend Fidgets if you're ever around the Whitley Bay area. Keep up the great work!!

Bobbie cut my 4year olds hair, and for the first time, he sat and wasn't put off by it at all. Bobbie was so lovely, we chatted, she included my son, was very patient when he took 10 years choosing where he wanted to sit. She did SUCH a lovely job with him. My son has always dreaded the hair dressers, but on the way home said to me 'mummy when can we go back to Bobbie 'coz it was nice and quiet in there'. There were a few children that were upset but it didn't seem to bother my son, which usually it would, we were both made VERY at ease. Thank you so much Bobbie, we will definitely be back!

Staff were lovely with our twins and the girls had a blast in their cars. Both were happy throughout and ended with smiles so how can you not be happy with that. Will definitely be back for their next cut.
