I have been visiting for a session weekly since the opening and I am really finding huge benefits. The reason I originally tried was I am struggling with peri menopause with a lot of the usual symptoms mainly anxiety and not sleeping. After my session it’s the best sleep I get all week and the next day in work I find I am so much more productive. I have tried many things all the usual supplements, teas etc but I find this really works for me look forward to my session every week.

What a relaxing way to spend a Saturday morning! Absolutely loved my first experience at Solais. ✨ the vibes are 10/10 and the bed is so comfortable. I have knee pain from a previous injury and it feels like it has vanished. Will 100% be back! Thanks again Siobhan xo

Great experience once again. This time I went after a gym session for my legs Infrared seemed to heat my legs first different from last time when it was my tummy. Looking forward to a lovely relaxing sleep tonight as I slept well after my session last time.

First time trying the infrared sauna yesterday & felt totally relaxed and helped subside bloating and pain within my body. Something that doesn’t take much time out of a busy schedule but has such a good/big impact on your body. Siobhan was also so lovely and has such a great knowledge on the benefits of it. First time trying infrared sauna and wasn't sure what to expect. Siobhan was very, friendly, welcoming and explained everything I needed to know. Loved the sauna. I was completely relaxed and listened to an audiobook throughout the sauna. Have booked a few more sessions in and looking forward to them. Hopefully regular sessions will help with my back pain 🤞
