I had my first session at Solais, the setup was very calming, I loved the aromatherapy scents and the bed was so comfy 😊 The heat was just right and much easier to tolerate than regular saunas. Siobhan took the time to explain how infrared therapy could support my endometriosis. Can’t wait to go back!

Rachel is absolutely amazing at what she does. She makes me feel very comfortable and the conversation flows great from start to finish, which I find makes a huge difference. She gives a brilliant wax every time. I highly recommend the hydro-jelly mask after your wax. It makes such a difference x

Rachel is lovely, she always puts me at ease. I enjoy our chats while she works and she always does an excellent job. She is quick and makes sure its as pain-free an experience as possible! The room she works from is a lovely, warm environment and there is always plenty of parking spaces.

Today was all about recovery. This was my first time in an infrared sauna and I loved it, I would highly recommend adding this treatment into your recovery. Siobhan is so welcoming and passionate about what she does, the salon is beautiful and relaxing. I loved the combination of aromatherapy, infrared heat, background music and comfortable bed to lie on in your own private room, I didn’t want to leave. I now feel more relaxed mentally and physically I will be back and recommending to all my clients, family and friends 🩷 X

First time in an infrared sauna and I can honestly say it will not be my last. Siobhan is so welcoming and knowledgeable. The salon is so relaxing. The combination of aromatherapy, infrared heat, background music and comfortable bed was so much better than the saunas of the 80’s. I felt like I was lying on a sunbed abroad in the heat. Highly recommended.

Greta is always amazing. You are always greeted with a warm welcome into her lovely salon. She is great to chat too whilst you get your lashes done but equally as comfortable in silence as you relax. Her lashes are always stunning and feel great on. They last really well as well, highly recommended Greta for beautiful lashes 💕

I can't even begin to explain explain I been in agony for weeks..with Costochondtitis inflammation if the chest wall and ribs.30 minutes my first appointment and I have been able to bend over immediately with out feeling like I have extra pressure on my chest..not to mention the tranquility of the environment and the knowledge and helpfulness of Siobhan,I booked a block so will definitely be back.
