After returning from overseas after 6+ years, I was so, so nervous in finding a new salon however, as soon as I saw Beauty by Harriet’s work on Instagram I just HAD to get booked in ASAP! From the moment of communicating to confirm an appointment slot to attending my appointment earlier today, I am SO glad I chose BbH! Harriet was just unbelievably caring and welcoming, but more importantly, absolutely SMASHED my brow lamination! 😍 Already cannot wait to get rebooked in for another BL and other services! ✨

The best salon experience I have ever had, with heated towels used for the facial, heated blanket on the massage bed and precision on the gel manicure. Every treatment was done with great care and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I'm so happy I have found Gemma.

But then I found Harriet, and let me tell you, she is an absolute angel. Every time I leave my appointment, I’m strutting out with perfect brows and the most gorgeous nails. What a fantastic find Katie is…she is a wonderful artist and I would recommend her 100%. She is friendly, professional, super knowledgeable and her passion for her job is unmistakable. My lips look fabulous…5star service from a 5star salon. Towcester is so lucky to have this establishment on their doorstep.

Gemma is such a professional and amazing beauty therapist. I would highly recommend her. I had a full body massage with a scrub and it was so wonderful. I still feel totally relaxed a day later and my skin is soft and moisturised.
