I was a bit nervous going into my first Botox appointment, but I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, Jemma made me feel completely at ease—professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and explained the entire process step by step, which really helped calm my nerves. The actual treatment was quick and virtually painless. I highly recommend Jemma.. I’ll definitely be coming back!
