Charlotte was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I booked her for wedding guest makeup on one of the hottest days of the year, and it honestly did not budge. She really listened to what I wanted, while also being honest and upfront about what was and wasn’t possible. What I loved most was that she always had an alternative solution — often just as good, if not better, than my original idea. She also gave me lots of helpful tips and tricks to maintain the finish throughout the day. Talented, professional, knowledgeable and so lovely — I’d 100% recommend Charlotte.

Well! What can I say about my experience?! It was so lovely and my skin has never felt better! The products Claire used and the little gift bag are so lovely! I’m converted to a new skincare brand! Claire was so kind and I felt so comfortable. I’m not confident and don’t like large salons but she made me feel so comfortable and not body conscious. She gave me privacy to change and I just felt so accepted. The cute Shepard’s hut made the experience even more lovely. I will return for a lovely facial again and more treatments!

Had my final treatment on Raya's 6 month skin journey and it has to be said my skin is looking plump, radiant and I feel so confident that I don't wear makeup. I look forward to starting another skin journey to keep my youthful glow I have skin that looks and feels 10+ years younger. Thanks to Sam's expertise and ability to know what to do to get the long lasting results I am after. All my friends have noticed and comment on how lovely my skin is!

Have had my second treatment of a Carbon facial and fell asleep and woke up with such a radiant, plump and glowing face. I went out for the day with zero makeup on just SPF. Was such a confidence boost. As always Sam provided her calm, professional and friendly persona to the entire treatment. Can't wait to see my before and after pictures at the end of my 6months. All my friends are saying my skin looks amazing and that's just after one treatment!! Thank you Sam

Always have a great experience at Rachel’s. It’s a lovely one on one environment, which I find much more enjoyable than busy salons and I’ve been going for years now, so consider Rachel a friend. She’s always warm and friendly and always tries her best to accommodate when I need to change an appointment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

First time coming here and it was wonderful. Laura is amazing and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. It was lovely to have some advice about how to care for my nails following my appointment which is something I haven't had from past nail salons. I would highly recommend to people

Once again Della exceeds all my expectations. Such a lovely person. I had a leg wax somewhere else and they didn't do my feet so whilst in for another treatment Della's not happy about it and waxes them for me. Love her.
