Absolutely love my new hair, finally getting what I actually asked for after visiting other salons that couldn't accomplish what I was wanting with next to no damage either compared to previous treatments. I’ve been to Natalie a couple of times for a Hollywood wax. She’s amazing! I was so nervous the first time but she really put me at ease & honestly, it wasn’t half as bad as I thought it would be, second time was a breeze. Natalie makes you feel really comfortable and she’s so knowledgable, you can tell she really enjoys what she does which I find reassuring. I’ve had Hollywood waxes at different salons before but none have been as good as Natalie, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Natalie is calm, kind and professional at all times. Highly recommend!
