Being a home-based salon made the whole experience feel much more calm and personalized compared to the rushed atmosphere you sometimes find in larger clinics. The treatment felt tailored to my concerns and you can tell there is genuine care, skill, and thought put into every step of the experience. Every little touch, from the heated bed to the tea, made the experience feel luxurious and comfortable.

My experience at Vividerm hairspa was really good. I used to avoid facials because my skin gets damaged quickly but Alexia gave me a facial with a customised plan which was really good and my skin was glowing and I will get my facial there in future too.

New and upcoming salon in Willoughby -This place is a vibe! The girls are great. For a team of junior stylists everyone seems very experienced. They work as a team and pay close attention to detail. I really enjoyed the head spa. And when I left my glasses behind, they were quick to call and get them back to me. Definitely recommend.

Isabella is truly amazing! She’s one of the very few people I completely trust with my hair. Every time I go, she really listens to what I’m looking for and somehow gets it exactly right. I always walk out loving my hair! On top of her talent, her customer service is incredible. She’s so friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to; you instantly feel comfortable in her chair. She takes her time, pays attention to the details, and makes the whole experience feel personal and relaxed, not rushed. I can’t recommend her enough!
