Britney is genuinely awesome. She keeps things lighthearted, always checks in throughout the service, and is overall a ray of light to be around. I wanted to check out Pride Beauty Lounge because of some friends who go here, but I am now a forever client. The atmosphere, the inclusivity, and the overall awareness and acceptance of the staff is incredible.

Absolutely loved my visit! The salon was so inclusive and everyone was so kind. I loved that my dislike of having my hair washed was understood and respected. This is such an amazing and positive space. A big thank you to the owner and the staff for creating a space where everyone can go to feel pampered and supported.

It is incredible to be able to relax in such a welcoming, accessible and inclusive space! I had the ultimate spa pedicure and it was so calming! The pedicure chairs recline and are far more comfortable than the massage chairs that are frequently used in salons! The products smelled divine, there were a ton of colour choices for polish and the people working on me and around me were so friendly and we had a great chat! I already rebooked you come back next month!

First of all, my nails turned out absolutely gorgeous. Secondly, Pride beauty lounge offers such a great environment for any service, so comfortable. Tori was my nail tech and she asked me if I liked my nails every step of the way. She does great work, highly recommend!

A great little spa with a great team. Terra was wonderful, and I’ve already noticed a difference in the pain in my foot after my pedicure. Inclusive pricing is available on a sliding scale, which takes multiple factors into account. I can’t wait for my next appointment! If you are a wheelchair user, accessibility of this facility is pretty good once you get inside. The salon would benefit from a larger deck, and an automatic door opener. I’m sure those will come in time. Great facility otherwise! I would recommend.

Kate is great at what she does. You can tell she truly loves and takes pride in her nail artistry. She provides a comfortable, relaxed space with great conversation and I always leave very satisfied with my nails. Highly recommend

I am extremely happy with my experience at the Pride Beauty Salon. My stylist was so kind, and explained what they were doing as they went along. There was no pressure to have a conversation which works well for me and my social anxiety. I will definitely be returning and recommending the salon to my family, and friends.

Robyn was the definition of amazing. Hands as gentle as an angel, and technique to match. I walked away with the Farrah Fawcett shag of my dreams! The texture, volume, it’s all perfection! I’ve never been to a queer salon before and I already rebooked before I left I will be a regular here. Not only was my service amazing but the conversation was to match, I felt like we really melded and the time passed by so naturally. Pride is always my go to. I have been consistently coming here for pedicure, eye brow wax/tint since they opened! I am grateful to have a beauty expert like Britney. She is so kind, compassionate, joyful and a treat to be serviced by! She is comforting and very supportive to your needs!

I have been getting my nails done by Kita since 2022 and I absolutely adore every set she has done for me ! The salon has the best atmosphere and I’m always so comfortable for my appointments! I come out with the best looking nails and could not recommend it more
