Vanessa did a great job on my lashes. I had an issue and she was prompt with her response and generous with her remediation. Customer service with her is really above and beyond. Would recommend her to anyone looking to get their lashes done.

Great place! Daniel was excellent. I wanted recommendations on a hair style that fit my head shape and hair type. Daniel was great providing advice, options and recommendations. Too many barbers/haircutters just want to get you in and out as quickly as possible and just want you to tell them exactly how you want it because they're not getting paid for their ideas. Not here! No other barber I've been to has provided this kind of service! Also, everyone in the shop was very friendly, so nice to be offered an espresso. I've finally found my new barber shop in Barrie! Hooray!

I went there for a hair cut and the experience was so rich. It felt like more than a great salon experience, It felt like it was also a safe space for me to share my thoughts.

Laura is wonderful!! She is very kind and knowledgeable about the service she provides. I waited to find the right person to do my fist tattoos and so thankful I found Glow North and Laura!!
