Kristie is one of the best hairdressers I have ever had. I have had a few beauty apts with Mel and was excited to have one with Kristie. Other hairdressers in Wollongong have disappointed me, Kristie did not! I even broke the coffee cup and the girls were so lovely about it.

The team at Salon Kaia are masters of their craft and always do such an incredible job (you leave feeling a million dollars!), whether it be a full hair of highlights, gloss and finish or a blow dry for that special occasion. Not to mention the space is so aesthetically pleasing… and those massage chairs, divine! I always love my little escapes to Kaia, it truly is a sanctuary by the sea… highly recommend x

What an incredible Experience! I really don't know where to start I entered the salon which blew my mind it was just so inviting and spacious and ..well im not saying too much more because I want every single woman young and older like me with curls to visit and come away with the curls you were born with The ladies know from the moment you walk in what they need to do! Jess was amazing. I needed a lot of help figuring out what I needed and even needed a second round of toner to get the colour I wanted. She was kind, patient, and so helpful. Today I walked into the salon feeling quite down about my hair, and I left feeling totally elated. Hayley listened to all of my concerns and issues with my hair and she offered the most amazing advice. I wanted my hair cut into a bob, and Hayley took it one step further to a graduated bob with layers. She took the time to explain what she thinking and why she thought it would be a good solution. I’m so pleased I was honest about the struggles I was having my hair. It was so refreshing to have Hayley listen and take everything on board and offer a solution that looks amazing. Thank you.
