I showed a picture of the haircut I wanted and actually got exactly that — which has never happened to me before 😅 I’ve been to so many salons and usually walk out with something “close enough,” but this was spot on. I was also given really helpful advice on how to style the cut at home, which I really appreciated. Super happy with the result and can’t stop looking at my hair. Will 100% be coming back!

Niki talked me through what she was doing and didn’t mind fixing my mishap dot of mascara at the end haha. I was relaxed and walked out feeling so empowering.
