When I arrived for my booking at 10.40am, two male barbers were sitting in chairs, one blow drying his own hair while the other one was playing with his phone. There was a female barber cutting a child's hair. Both the men ignored me and didn't even acknowledge I was there. I sat down. Finally the lady finished the child and asked me to come and sit and she cut my hair, very well, professionally and she was pleasant and chatty. Not sure what was going on with the two men, but it wasn't a very professional look for your business which is normally impeccable at Basildon Mayflower.

Had a fantastic experience at the barbers today with Mitch. Both my son and I went in for haircuts, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Mitch was friendly, professional, and really made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. He took the time to get everything just right and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Came in today for my weekly trim, its great to see a fantastic team interacting so well with their customers, especially Caitlin, cutting a young child's hair must be so difficult at the best of times but watching how fantastic she was with the child was fantastic to watch,as I company owner myself its always a pleasure to watch a staff member go above and beyond to fulfil customer satisfaction, what a true credit to your company, one amazing team member.
