Had a great first experience at a salon with Ruth. She was pleasant and professional. As a man who usually has shorter haircuts and goes to a barber, I was a bit unsure about having my fairly long hair cleaned up instead of shaved off. It turned out to be the right decision, clean and intentional while still remaining a medium length. I wasn’t even entirely sure what I wanted, but Ruth listened to my thoughts and proceeded to give me an exceptional haircut. Just what I needed. Thanks!

Found Matty Conrad online cruising YouTube and was surprised to learn he’s a local Vancouver Barber — haven’t gone anywhere else since. Extremely attentive, very knowledgeable and impossibly down to earth. First time visiting the barber shop and I was really impressed. The vibe and atmosphere were great, it’s very relaxed and welcoming. Kian did my cut and I’m very satisfied with the result. I found Matt online whilst surfing YouTube for tips on styling fine, medium length hair. I learned a lot and was surprised to find out he’s a local Vancouver Barber w/ 20+ years of experience as a hairstylist — exactly who I was looking for. Matt’s shop is located in Gastown and sitting in his chair I quickly realized how much knowledge and passion this man has for his craft. Unpretentious, incredibly educative and above all, talented — this guy clearly knows his sh!t. I’ve been in his chair twice in the past 2 months & the customer exp. & outcome gets better w/ each visit. Go see Matt.

An authentic barbershop with high class and versatile barbers and staff, full services available for beards and buzzes with clean floors and high end instruments; I have been getting my hair cut with Victoria for the past few years but I have seen nothing but high quality haircuts from all the other barbers that have a chair there; highly recommend.

A very nice local barbershop with friendly knowledgeable staff that provide all standard cuts and shaves with a keen eye for detail, have had Victoria for all of my haircuts and she always does well taming my long hair into suitable looks for my restaurant and film work.

I’m not one for reviews, but I’ve been going to Victory for years now and Victoria is the best barber I’ve ever had. She always takes extra time and care and my haircuts/beard trims are exactly what I want or better. The entire Victory experience is so warm and inviting. The ambience is classic and comfortable, relaxing to jazz or some other chill music. This establishment should be what other shops strive for. Cheers
