had a wonderful experience with my stylist during my recent visit. Although she was an emerging hairdresser, she was incredibly lovely, professional, and attentive throughout the appointment. When she encountered something she wasn’t entirely confident about, she didn’t hesitate to consult with a more experienced stylist to ensure the best outcome. I really appreciated her commitment to making sure I was happy with my cut, and I left feeling great about the result. A fantastic experience overall!

I took my daughter for what I thought was a trim but she flipped the game and wanted a major cut and our hairdresser was absolutely amazing. I was worried that we wouldn’t have time for such a big job but lucky enough our stylist had the time and she did a wonderful job and I can’t thank you enough.

Great service at the hairdressers and the barber today. Friendly and helpful staff.

Was happy with coloring for my son. Not the young barber. Glad Rene fixed it.

My experience was overall great. The only disappointing thing was watching staff from the barber side laughing out loud not cleaning and watching customers sit and wait as they had too many people on lunch at the same time. The manager that did my hair was amazing.

Annette gave me a wonderful perm. Looks much younger and all the staff were great, friendly and professional.

Tamika was great, good cut and color. When I went to your Booval barber it was only $40- for the precision colour and cut. I tried to find out how much it was going to cost before we started because I'm on a tight budget and had I known how much it was going to cost I would have just got the cut and not worried about the colour. I'm not saying it wasn't value for money and I'm sure the cost of running a salon like that would be substantial.

I would not go anywhere else. Kara cuts my hair so well, that in 6 weeks, it’s still holding its shape. The salon also cuts my husband’s hair and he’s also happy-looks unlike the awful razor cut men’s barbers do. The cuppa is an added bonus. Bring back the couple of bikkies! Lol. Nice perk.

Pauline, manager, is so friendly, always welcomes everyone with a smile. Kara, my hairdresser, is about the only one I know, who can cut my hair so perfectly, it looks and sits well for a whole 6 weeks before it needs a trim. Today, a hairdresser called ‘Jess’ cut my husband’s hair with such care and attention. He had gone to the barber next door, previously, and I couldn’t believe how the barber just went up the back of his head with an electric razor, making him look as if he had no hair. A cup of coffee is a bonus, But what happened to the biscuits? It has always been a great perk.
