Hailey was awesome! Great upper back massage, facial and head spa treatment! I initially made my appt with someone else, but that person wound up being on vacation. I was not notified prior to my appt and found out when I was laying on the table. Most people make an appt with a specific person for a reason and I was going by a trusted recommendation. I felt it was inconsiderate to not have been notified by the spa. Since it was only my second time here and I was already on the table, I agreed to go ahead with the appt. As it turns out, I was VERY happy with Hailey’s service.

I recently had 3 sessions of morphous8 treatment and the results have already been incredible. Dr Famoori's combination of skill, knowledge of facial anatomy and expertise is top-notch. Dr talks through her process and makes recommendations. I trust her expert opinion. The front desk are polite and professional. I'm always offered hot water with orange blossom flavor which I love. I highly recommend Dr Famoori.

Came with my daughter for the Group of 2 people 60 Mins GET Away (Basic Scalp Care + Facial Massage) for our birthdays. Oh my god, we're going to have to make this treatment a regular thing. We came out feeling super relaxed and refreshed. The massages of the hair, face, chest and shoulders included in this package were absolutely perfect. I think the only suggestion I would have is to have styling products available for curly hair. We should probably have brought our own though. Cannot wait to come back.

I brought my husband here as a surprise and he absolutely loved it! He got a facial, back massage and scalp care package and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thea did a great job and provides fantastic treatment. They also offer complimentary drinks at the end of treatment which is a nice little treat!

Velvet Head spa was a wonderful experience from start to finish! They begin by inspecting your scalp and showing you! Then you get basically a full spa experience! I wasn’t expecting all of the facial and massages worked it, it was bliss! I think I fell asleep and woke up with glowing skin and a super fresh scalp!

Truly a relaxing experience. There was some confusion as to wether my husband and I would be getting our treatments together, but they were able to find our reservation and booked us into a room so that we were side by side. However, we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the room to be free. I felt that our treatment was cut short due to this waiting period and we did not get the full one hour service as expected. Our technicians were very friendly and polite and we both drifted off to sleep during the treatment.

Wonderful experience! One of the best massages I’ve had. Scalp treatment is top tier. Hair and scalp has never felt cleaner. My face feels amazing after the facial. My husband’s first ever experience with facial, and back massage. Definitely something he would do again.

Overall this was a nice and relaxing experience! I did the Velvet Signature which includes upper back massage, scalp care and facial massage. While I LOVED it, I was looking forward to the "scalp analysis"before the service but that didn't happen. Being that this is the "top" service I thought that would be part of the experience. I think this would have helped to target some of my areas of concern on my scalp; maybe I need to do the scalp therapy alone next time? Overall I enjoyed my experience and I will definitely be going back in the future!

Reina is so skilled and personable - every time I come to visit, it’s a breeze. With California weather getting hotter and hotter, I did an underarm wax for the first time and it was as smooth as my underarms now are! Reina’s experience with hair growth and patterns makes it a comfortable wax, regardless of the area of skin. I normally come for a Brazilian but the confidence I have in her skills makes me want to start waxing more areas! Ahh! I love coming here. Today was the CLEANEST pull - consistency is absolutely key with it. The nice part is having an amazing waxer who’s so knowledgeable about skin prep, care, and technique. Reina is so sweet and kind that it feels like such a chill hang with an awesome wax in the mix! My skin has never been better when it comes to waxing, and I can only imagine how good it’ll look long term with more consistency in the coming months! She also is on the cutting edge and I love learning from her and picking her brain!
