I went to Big Beauty and Relaxation today for a hot stone massage - I entered very tense and stressed but after Ros worked her magic I floated home. It was amazing!! She has the magic touch. The massage was firm but relaxing which is difficult to do, I should know I’ve tried many therapists and no one has got it just right… until now. I 100% recommend and will be a regular client. Rosalind was very polite and professional. She was very softly spoken, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. After the session was complete, she went on to tell me about the problem areas with my muscles and how she worked them free with her massage technique. She also advised what other treatments I could consider but was not pushy at all I felt very relaxed and welcomed. Thank you so much.
