Adele is honestly the best in the business! Very professional when it comes to treatments and advice, but also puts you at ease with her fantastic people skills. I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else for my treatments now.

What a lovely experience Rhianna was so friendly and welcoming from the get go- such a beautiful relaxing atmosphere and just felt so comfortable. I had the non surgical facial and wow it did not disappoint. Had a lovely scalp massage whilst my mask was on. Came away feeling so relaxed and fresh. Ever the professional. Extremely knowledgeable and very likeable. Such a lovely lady who puts you at ease. I look forward to every visit! Listens to my concerns and hang ups and is honest in her replies as to what she believes is needed. If Adele believes you do not need as much as you think you do she will not simply do it for her gain. She would rather you look and feel fabulous! I've been to Charlotte a couple of times now and I'm really happy with my treatments. Both times my sports massage has been relaxing and very thorough. Being someone who has had regular sports massages in the past with a few different practitioners I can say I'm more than happy to recommend to others.

I had specific requests for adele as I'm in the industry myself. I wanted polynucleotides under my eyes and in my cheeks. I also had a crease just under my teartrough area so I wanted this filling so I don't look so tired. Since having treatment as always, no bruising or swelling and I feel so great I haven't worn makeup since. She's taken years off me 🤩👌🏽🙌🏼
