I am visiting from Australia and was recommended to go see Ellie by a family member, I am really pleased I did. Not only did she do a fantastic job with my facial, but she is a really lovely person. I enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish and she used her knowledge to advise which products would be best for my skin and went to the effort of finding the skincare brand I use in Australia and advising which she would use on my skin. I had something different done this month. Normally, I avoid anything that even hints at pain! Today, I bit the bullet to sort out my frown. It hurt. But the pain when you stub your toe, is worse and lasts longer!! It hurt for maybe 3 seconds!! All thanks to Hayley and her professionalism and efficiency. Thanks also for going through everything beforehand including directions (through what. three. words). The app guides you to the correct entrance so use it people!! 😉
