Hayley conducted a very thorough consultation, which led into a tailored skin treatment which my daughter loved! After going through the menopause, loss of weight through weight loss jabs and being let down by another aesthetic practitioner midway through treatments and just before a family wedding, I have to admit both my face and confidence was knocked. Its my second time with hayley when i had pigmentation removal she suggested me algae peel for my skin . After my session I could literally feel my skin getting better plus i have more glowing skin than before so definitely i am having results slowly. She is extremely welcoming and friendly person and will advise you the best. I also get my personalised skin care routine by hayley which i found very effective. Next time i also book my husband for skin treatment. I would highly recommend hayley as per my experience .

Another gorgeous treatment . Hayley is so friendly and welcoming . The treatment was just the right level , getting all of those icky knots out of my back . The mini facial was lovely and Hayley gave me some very sensible advice and recommendations without being pushy . Definitely recommend and I will be back soon

Nurse Sam was absolutely fantastic. Warm, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout my experience. She explained everything clearly, from the treatment itself to recovery, aftercare, and expected results, and was always happy to answer any follow-up questions online. The private treatment rooms were excellent and made the whole experience feel really comfortable. Both Nurse Sam and Nurse Emily are truly among the very best in the local area.
