I booked in (rather spontaneously) to have a hayfever injection. I changed my mind before attending as I wasn't sure if it was for me and Karen talked me through everything with zero pressure to have the treatment if I didn't want to. I didn't in the end, but the service received was second to none. I also gained some really useful information on alternative treatments that I could use instead.

I recently had a skin booster treatment and the entire experience was impressive from start to finish. The clinic environment was noticeably clean, organized, and well-maintained. Rachel is lovely and super professional, she followed proper hygiene protocols throughout the appointment, from preparation to post-procedure care. The treatment itself was smooth and professionally handled. Each step been clearly explained and I knew what to expect during and after the procedure so felt very relaxed at all time. This is my second appointment with Rachel for some anti wrinkle treatment.I was very nervous on my first visit but Rachel put me at ease and was very reassuring. I also like the fact that her treatments are all very natural. I would highly recommend. The treatment room is beautiful.

Only had a consultation, but Jennifer was so easy to talk to, really informative and was great at showing me options that she felt would be best, if at all. I've come away much more informed and able to now have a deeper think about my options for future treatment!
