This was my first facial experience and it was great. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the space at Glow. The bed was pre-warmed and the towels were super soft. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Jaclynn was very informative about what was in a procuct and why a specific product is being used. Jaclynn explained everything before, while and during application of all products so I knew what to expect. I will be telling my friends and will return for more treatments in the future. ​I thought I needed a Botox top-up, I was wrong! Antonia showed me it was unnecessary; I was already fully treated! She expertly identified my issue was with my skin, not my Botox. A less professional place would have just taken my money, but Antonia guided me to the Alumier HydraGlow Gift Set instead. I'm absolutely thrilled!
