I’ve been wanting to do teeth whitening for years but was so skeptical and the results after only 1 treatment did not disappoint! The Indian hair oil massage was the most relaxing experience and I can’t wait to see the benefits it brings to my hair! My first time at Medusa and first time getting brows done by Sarah was a fever dream 🥰. As soon as I arrived, I was thrown with princess treatment👸 from Sarah until the time I stepped foot outside. I could tell she cares so much for her clients, and she will look after you even if she has multiple clients in the room. I walked in with my lashes being strangers and stepped out with them becoming besties, or so I walked in with siblings and walked out with TWINS 👯‍♀️ . I have a bad asymmetrical brows that looked impossible to fix, AND DEAR SARAH DID SOME WITCHCRAFT 💓💓

From the minute I walked in I was relaxed and made to feel so welcome. We had the combo 3 and loved every minute of it. From the hair wash and scalp massage, to facial, foot cleanse and whole relaxing experience it was magical! Such lovely people whom work there also, would highly recommend to everyone and will be back for sure. Even had my hair dried and styled at the end while I enjoyed a foot massage and herbal tea!
