The ladies here are so welcoming, friendly, trustworthy and provide relevant hair care treatment advice specific to your hair, by far the best customer service experience I’ve had in Rockhampton. I recently had the Nano Treatment and the results were amazing! The Nano Treatment not only does what it is meant too but, has saved me an exceptional amount of time on my daily hair routine. This will now be part of my future hair journey and this salon is now my go to for all my hair care needs.

Stevie is absolutely fabulous! She is always accommodating to my children's requests and gives them exactly what they want. We've been going to Stevie since my boys were small and ask me now to go see Stevie (to have their haircut). Have a Merry Christmas Ladies! And a very well deserved break. I really enjoyed my time at the salon today! It was my first ever scalp treatment and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. My hair feels so fresh and light now, and the styling afterwards was amazing and exactly what I was looking for! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the apprentice I had doing my hair was also really good and took on feedback and wanted to learn and grow more which was something that I really loved to see, especially seeing the passion for what she was doing, even when learning. She also gave really good head massages!

A special long awaited treatment experience for this mumma bear was had today…thanks ladies!

Amazing experience ever. Loved the environment, vibe, hair style, and professionalism. They also respected and maintained my privacy regarding my religion of covering my hair. Will only visit here for hair treatments in the future and will recommend anyone here.
