Monica was very friendly and engaged in conversation with me despite our languages barriers which made me feel welcome, often salons don’t engage with the customer and speak to other staff only so this was a delightful change This is my second visit to the salon and I will be coming back. I do not live in Gisborne but more than happy to make the trip when visiting my family on a regular basis. Premises were clean music was uplifting and the tv station of Vietnamese cooking was engaging also. 10/10 thank you ladies :)

Sns soak off and redo, awesome job, a little bit more expensive than the other salons in Gisborne but you get what you pay for 🙂

It's just hard for my mum to hear you talking as the masks are on, fair enough, but you all talk so quiet...even I have trouble to hear you. My mum has very bad hearing, but very happy with her nails so thank you.
