An absolutely amazing team that are caring & helpful. My accupuncture sessions with Michelle are fantastic and have been helping my back issues. Michelle is always willing to go that extra mile to help. The Naturopaths are always offering to assist and provide potions to combst all ailments. A beautiful and relaxing experience. The personal touches made all the difference. Herbal tea and healthy treat to enjoy. The sauna, left me feeling amazing. A little mini retreat in Gisborne.

What a phenomenal experience. It was the perfect “me” time and I can’t wait to go back. There are so many small additional touches outside of the sauna that blew me away, highly recommend.

Such a lovely experience. Can't wait to come back.

Loved Ritual Sauna! The space is amazing and so relaxing, you feel very well looked after. It’s absolutely beautiful. Very clean and spacious. And of course, it’s a clearlight sauna which I absolutely LOVE! Can’t wait to go again!
