What a wonderful experience to walk into a warm inviting happy environment. I absolutely enjoyed my procedure and results are phenomenal. I was very impressed with the high level of experience and the absolute high level of professionalism within the Platinum Beauty salon. Oh My Gosh...I just had the most BEAUTIFUL Immortal Facial/Experience with Laila yesterday. The gentle touch of Laila's hands made me feel pampered and so cared for. I left feeling and refreshed, with my skin glowing! If you're looking to unwind and give your skin some TLC...I highly recommend treating yourself to one of her facials!!!

Ashlea was amazing!! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome. Through the whole process/treatment she was just incredible, I have never felt so relaxed in my life. Lisa and Brodie are absolutely amazing! Have been a client there for a few years now and have always enjoyed getting my hair done and beauty treatments :) Brodie has been a great addition too and both of the girls are always very welcoming. My hair always feels and looks great afterwards and I always get great tips for after care. Highly recommend this salon as it is more of a personal experience than many other salons in Coffs harbour

I had my hair done today and absolutely love it! My hairdresser did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She was also incredibly kind and accommodating, for my partner and daughter who were picking me up even though they didn’t have appointments. She’s so friendly, fun, and truly talented. We all love our hair!
