My return visit was just as fabulous as the first. Mack is both knowledgeable and compassionate. He has a great balance between therapeutic and relaxation. With Mack you are in great hands. You won’t regret spending an hour or so! Will be back for another visit as soon as I return to Albany

I was lucky to find Ronan again after he left Perth. It is always a treat to have your hair cut by Ronan. He works effortlessly but just seems to know what style suits you. I will make sure I visit him every time I am in Albany.

This place is reliable! They were training a lady who did my nails and did a wonderful job. I got exactly what I asked for !. The staff are consistent and apologies I don’t know her name but the nail technician with the tattoo sleeve is absolutely brilliant ! She is not only doing nails but also coordinating the place. I always feel welcome but at the same time they don’t over talk like some places , so you are able to relax. This is the place to go people of Albany and tourists! Thanks Chee Chee .

The Wellness Room Albany is amazing! Very welcoming and professional. I couldn’t be happier with my eyebrow wax & tint and eyelash tint. Krystle is very talented and can’t wait until the next appointment.
