Jade is the only stylist who has cut my 4 year olds hair since she had her first haircut. Jade is so patient and always finds a way to make my little one’s day. She always gives her a style that suits her face and age. She always checks with me before cutting too much off. My daughter won’t go anywhere else and loves her snip snap visit

We had a great experience at Snip Snap. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. My 5 year old daughter loved sitting on the horse and watching Peppa while having her haircut. The glitter hair made it even better.

I went for a Hollywood wax and was so happy with the whole process. The previous wax I had was sugaring at a different salon and it was so painful so I was nervous. Sune was really calm and reassuring and the wax was basically painless. She's very professional and knows what she's doing. They're based in a really cute salon in Newlands and the whole experience was wonderful.

My son may not want to sit still or wear the apron, but Helen is patient and attentive. I only book a spot when Helen is available :)

We love Snip Snap! Jade has been cutting my 4-year-old twin boys' hair since their first hair cuts 2 years ago, and they always leave the salon with gorgeous haircuts and big smiles on their faces (despite putting up a fuss initially - but Jade always manages to calm their nerves and put them at ease). 100/ 10, as always!

First haircut done with the Jade.. My son was smiling throughout the entire process. He usually has tears when he brushes his hair so that says a lot. Will definitely make this our regular spot.

I was super early and yet I was helped right away. Loved the special touch of pink hair spray and glitter. Really lovely first haircut experience for my daughter. Thank you!
