I've been coming for nearly 2 years and Kirsty and Hannah make me feel at ease. I have low confidence so to find a place where I'm comfortable is great. I won't go anywhere else for my beauty treatments. 5 stars from me always.

Su is fantastic hairdresser and genuinely nice caring person. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, care, advice and experience overall. I only go to ooh hair and beauty to get my hair done and i wouldn't change that. Su cuts and dyes my hair and has been helping me care for my post pregnancy hair changes for the last 5 years (2 kids within this time!) I always got loads of compliments on my hair and it's been worth every penny!

AMAZING! I love this place, highly recommend I went in today for a carbon facial, my skin looks glowing and healthy, Helen explains it so clearly and informs you at every step. I get my hair cut there too, Ebony is amazing she has naturally curly hair like me it makes a massive difference on how she cuts my hair and recommended some fab stuff to leave in my hair tonight, thank you ladies. Luvly and mega professional has always, Ebony is such a talented hairdresser, above that thou such warm Patient calm person . Listens with interest to all customers. Despite some of the very obnoxious rude customers. How they spk to hairdressers. My experience is always special calming and really short day out with more a friend, than just hairdresser. Gorgeous is a fab down to earth multi purpose hair salon. Nails 💅, Toe nails, sunbeds, eyebrows and much more. Ect Ect. Well done to all . Carol leaver

Hannah was really lovely! I booked for luxury pedicure, but forgot to book for gel! So, she did fit me in for a mini pedicure and gel paint! And she did amazing job, even with the mini pedicure my feet feel fresh, and I love the nails! I ve been through chemotherapy, so my nails are not in a good condition but she made them looks fab! Feel confident to wear my sandals again! Booked my next appointment already. :)

Katie never disappoints. She listens to your ideas and will advise/ offer suggestions if she feels it wouldn't be suitable. She is easy going but very professional in her work. I always feel confident when I'm in her care. I have been a client for a number of years and will gladly continue.

I had the best experience thanks to Renai! I haven’t had my hair coloured in nearly 5 years and so I had no idea what I wanted style or colour wise, Renai helped me choose style and colour and honestly it’s the best my hairs ever looked! I can’t recommend them enough and look forward to my next appointment!

Su and the girls are always friendly and they make you feel so welcome. They are very professional and my hair always feels so better after I have visited Su. I have been coming here for 7 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Katie is always so welcoming, and honest if my eyebrows don't need a top up she will tell me, it's never about the money with Katie. She builds a trusting bond with her customers, I look forward to my once a year top ups and having a catch up. If anyone is feeling scared to have their eyebrows done trust me I was very anxious to have mine done after all it's your face and it's a big step, but I have never looked back and that panic of not finding your eye brow pencil before anyone sees you is finally over, Katie has given me a new confidence she's an excellent cosmetic tattooist. Thankyou 😍
