I had my Monroe piercing changed and 3 ear piercings today and I can honestly say Dot is fantastic she is so fast and gentle and takes the time to put you at ease. She makes sure you know exactly how to care for your piercing. Everything is so clean. I highly recommend Dot of you want any piercings.

Dottie was absolutely incredible throughout and I can't recommend her enough! She supported me in discussing and selecting piercings without any pressure and ensured I was clear on what was happening and checked I was okay and comfortable every step of the way. She even shared fidgets to help during the piercings! I struggled unexpectedly after my second piercing and felt ill, and she was so reassuring, kind and supportive and took amazing care of me until I was okay. Can't recommend her enough, she's such a gorgeous, warm soul and I'll definitely be back for future piercings. Thank you <3
