I’m currently in london for exams and decided to look for the nearest place that offers waxing. Found this one and booked in, Btissam was the therapist and she was so lovely and cheerful. I only came in to this lovely little shop to wait with my friend as she got a new piercing, but after seeing how lovely and invested Damiano was, I ended up getting my first ever piercings too (having never been interested in getting my ears pierced). It was such a great experience from start to finish, Damiano was so friendly and clearly loves what he does. He is very professional and I felt 100% confident. The jewellery he sells is beautiful and wonderful quality. So glad I walked in!

I had such a good experience today getting my lower lip and nose pierced at the same time. I got a full consultation around what would look good aesthetically, and even very thorough advice on potential future piercings I’m considering. My daughter came to get her ears pierced for the first time and Damiano couldn't have been nicer. She was nervous and he took his time, explaining what he was doing and reassuring her along the way. He is an expert and takes his job very seriously. The selection of jewellery is high quality. I would definitely recommend!

Had 3 piercings done and Mika was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the appointment, everything was extremely clean and sterile and the environment was super cosy and warm. Great find for a newcomer to London. Convenient location offering wide variety of services with experienced and friendly staff. Have had some wonderful facials and brow/ lash treatments here with Sophia and Ibtissam. The clinic is very tidy and hygienic and these give me added trust in the place.

Our visit to the beauty retreat was great. We attended for our daughter’s ear piercing. Annette was patient and accommodating. Her experience was evident as my daughter only cried for a few minutes. She provided us with the relevant advice, we would’ve been lost as first time parents

I took my 11 year old daughter to have her ears repierced and Annette was so kind and reassuring and made the whole experience a pleasure. It was pain free and she actually enjoyed it.
