Took my 10 year old to get his ear pierced. He was nervous, but the body piercer but him at ease and explained step by step what would happen. She let my son choose an earring out of 4 options. It was done quickly and professionally. Prices online need to be updated, though. The price list stated £16 for a single lobe, but I was charged £20 at the shop. I didn't say anything as I thought this was still reasonable, considering the earring was included in the price. Overall, it was a great experience.

Had my ears pierced, quite painless. Lots of choice of studs and have come away with a cleaning kit included in the price. Thank you!

My two daughters had their ears pierced and they both found it a calm and clean environment and were happy with the choice of jewellery. Booking was straightforward. Very happy to recommend.

My first appointment was easy to book, there were automated reminders and it was easy to fill out the required information in advance. I had my nose pierced by Sarah. She was very kind and patient and it didn't hurt too much then or since. The salon and the treatment room are clean and tidy. Will definitely be recommending The Beauty Concept for piercing.
