Had a manicure and pedicure with Amy today. Amy is friendly and meticulous and I'm very happy with the result. The salon always feels like a 'happy' workspace. And, importantly, a fresh set, of sterilised equipment is opened for every client.

Always amazing service and clean salon

Leanne is very professional and does a great job in the comfort of your own home with all the salon equipment (bed, nail table and chairs etc). I have regularly used her for 4 years now (waxing, facials, nails) and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. Very reasonable prices too.

A fabulous salon, very professional and friendly staff. Such a wonderful relaxing experience - I didn't want it to end.

I saw Bev for my last lash appointment before the new year. Yet again another amazing experience. An electric blanket to lay on while being pampered is my idea of heaven. Bev isn’t just my nail tech. She’s my friend and my therapist. I always feel better when leaving her therapy room. Thank you for the lashes, the gel nails and all my waxing. See you in a few weeks. Always 5 stars from me xx

Always wonderful. I just love that Leanne can come to my home, she’s such a lovely person, always makes me feel comfortable, she’s thoughtful, kind and her treatments are amazing. It is so great to find somewhere/someone who doesn’t make me uncomfortable and if I do have to go to her premises I’m not made to feel uncomfortable like another salon I have visited in the past. My first appointment was easy to book, there were automated reminders and it was easy to fill out the required information in advance. I had my nose pierced by Sarah. She was very kind and patient and it didn't hurt too much then or since. The salon and the treatment room are clean and tidy. Will definitely be recommending The Beauty Concept for piercing.
