This is probably the best piercing experience I’ve ever had! Georgia was a unfazed queen from the jump and I immediately felt I could relax and totally trust her judgement and experience; I’m very happy with my additional lobe piercings!! I have some fairly decent ear piercing real estate to use and Georgia is the first piercer to chat to me about the possibilities and potentials…If Georgia reads this, thank you for celebrating my ears, I will be back to adorn them with more jewellery!

Wonderful experience this morning with Tom and Emily, who both pierced my 5 year olds ear lobes. Tom pierced my tragus. The shop is professional and fabulously decorated. Piercing rooms were clean, could see chairs had been cleaned down, and the entire process explained from start to finish. My daughter didn’t flinch, and was completely at ease. Emily was lovely. Tom and my little girl had great rapport 🙂 We are both super happy with our piercings today and would recommend to anyone who asks!

Took my 8 hear old to get her ears pierced. Yom was bubbly, friendly and explained every step clearly. He was careful with the piercings. Would recommend Tom to anyone getting piercings and especially children, hes really good with them. Thankyou!

Tom and Kate were absolutely amazing. They made both girls feel at ease. Tom was talking to our girls keeping them occupied and calm when they had their ears pierced. They were both amazing. Absolutely fantastic. My daughter is a 19 year old autistic girl. She struggles Enormously with trust and sensory issues. She has always wanted her ears pierced since a little girl but has never been able to go threw with it . Lauri and Tom was amazing with her .She relaxed straight away and was told step by step what was going to happen. I highly recommend Empress piercing. My daughter has has been given so much confidence. Can't thank Lauri and Tom enough.

Such a positive experience! I was nervous! My daughter (8yrs) has been asking to have her ears pierced for the last two years. I questioned if she was too young, would she cope with the after care, would she be overwhelmed with the process, would she panic and not be able to carry on after the first ear. Of course all of that is possible, but what was great, was that had that of happened, Lauri and the other staff would have just dealt with it. They were welcoming, friendly, kind and most of all so knowledgeable. Lauri was fantastic and passionate about what she does, I 100% recommend.

Excellent! My daughter had her belly button pierced and a few months ago, her ears. Both times Georgia was fantastic, explaining everything, very patient, great choice of jewellery. Aftercare advice given and we bought the spray to keep the piercing clean etc.

Adele was amazing. Booked to have my daith pierced but unfortunately my ear was to small for her to carry out the pericing. She was completely honest and truthful with me! Instead I chose a lovely tragus pericing wich she kindly helped me put in as my tragus hole had slightly closed up due to not having jewellery in it for many years. Highly recommend. All the girls was welcoming on arrival and was made to feel really comfortable and at ease. Will definitely be back!

I didn't have an appointment, I just walked in to have a jewellery change on helix piercings. I asked if they could do a conch piercing for me as well. Emily was so gentle and reassuring. They have always been so professional at Empress, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Emily did my daughter’s ear lobe piercings and as a scared 10 year old having her ears pierced for her birthday…….I could not have asked for a better person to do the piercings. Emily was kind, compassionate, caring and so reassuring to my daughter (and then me when I got a daith) that it really made the experience ‘enjoyable’ . The perfectionist in Emily ensuring the dots were lined up well was another green flag that I had chosen the right place! The crab dance was the icing on the cake 🤣🤣 thank you all but especially Emily!!

I really really like this place, I had my second lobes pierced last time and had a helix today. They're really good and knowledgeable. I've had cartilage piercings from other places that havent been so good. Today when I had my ear done. She was really knowledgeable, asked me if I wanted to put a hoop in it in future, advised on the best placement in the ear, best aftercare and suggested to go back in 6-8 weeks and they'll change the bar for me. Such a great piercing shop! Definitely recommend coming here for any piercing.

Took my daughter to have her ears pierced for the first time with Lauri and Adele and they were excellent with her; before the actual piercing Lauri told/showed my daughter exactly what was going to happen and this was also communicated during the actual piercing. 100% recommend Empress Piercings and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve came to empress for all of my piercings so far, (1st and 2nd lobe piercings) Lauri has pierced me both times and she is so kind. I have pretty bad anxiety and needles scare me and she knew exactly what to say! Made me feel so comfortable. I definitely recommend empress piercing, all staff are lovely and you’ll always have a great experience in there. I’ll definitely get any future piercings there!

My daughter has been asking for her ears pierced for a while but I was a little worried, as I knew it would hurt her. We finally bit the bullet and had them done. Lauri who done the piercing was absolutely amazing, she really reassured my daughter who was upset after having the first ear done. Wanted my nose pierced for 10 years and finally went for it and i’m so happy I did! Everyone made the experience amazing, we felt so welcome and comfortable. Tom was polite, nice, kind and great to talk to he definitely put me at ease. He knew what he was doing with my ears piercing and let me know about my ear care, I will gladly go back after my checkup/earring adjustment and fully healed ears 😁.
