Su is fantastic hairdresser and genuinely nice caring person. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, care, advice and experience overall. I only go to ooh hair and beauty to get my hair done and i wouldn't change that. Su cuts and dyes my hair and has been helping me care for my post pregnancy hair changes for the last 5 years (2 kids within this time!) I always got loads of compliments on my hair and it's been worth every penny!

First time at a hairdressers in a good few years due to physical and mental health issues and this has made me want to go back again and again and again 🥲 it might have only been a little trim but I've walked out feeling like I could conquer the world (in actual fact, I've conquered the hill on the walk home but it still counts!!). Katie never disappoints. She listens to your ideas and will advise/ offer suggestions if she feels it wouldn't be suitable. She is easy going but very professional in her work. I always feel confident when I'm in her care. I have been a client for a number of years and will gladly continue.

I had the best experience thanks to Renai! I haven’t had my hair coloured in nearly 5 years and so I had no idea what I wanted style or colour wise, Renai helped me choose style and colour and honestly it’s the best my hairs ever looked! I can’t recommend them enough and look forward to my next appointment!

Su, as always is the most thorough professional I know. Having had many nail technicians and hairdressers over the last 30 years, Su really is the best by far. She knows what I want better than I do. Now that is the perfect service and why I’ll always return.
