Charlotte is a beyond incredible piercer. I've been pierced by many people but none who actually truly care about my wellbeing, comfort, and healing as much as Charlotte. I've gotten my tragus pierced by her and it's the easiest ear cartilage piercing to heal from that I've experienced. She proactively schedules check-in appointments to make sure it's healing right and consistently provides guidance to make sure it stays healing well. I'll always go back to Charlotte for any piercing going forward - I wouldn't trust anybody else with that kind of thing anymore!

Wonderful experience at Vanity Inc! My 13 year old daughter had her ears pierced by Manu, who was very patient and gentle. She explained every step before, and as she was doing, the piercing, which helped my daughter stay calm. And appreciate the pain was minimal! Would definitely recommend!!!

Manu is such a wonderful piercer. She did my 11 year old daughter’s ears, my nostril and just added a gorgeous stacked lobe. She is so friendly, has great taste and makes you feel really at ease by letting you know every step of the process. I had a wonderful experience at Vanity. Carnie was my piercer and proposed an amazing idea that strongly complimented the anatomy of my ear. I’ve had over a dozen piercings done (years ago and elsewhere) and this was the first time I felt that a piercer took their time to listen to me. As a result I was confident in the outcome and placement of the proposed piercings. Carnie communicates everything clearly, is approachable and made me feel comfortable. It is obvious they love their craft. I will get pierced by them again.

Vanity offered fantastic service from beginning to end, you could not find a more calm and welcoming environment for a piercing. Very professional and friendly staff with lots of great options for jewelry. I went in for my first piercings (lobes) and my piercer Alex was very nice and fun to talk to. He took great care in the placement of my piercings to make sure they looked great and was fast with the actual piercing to minimize pain.

I had a piercing appointment with Carnie and they were absolutely brilliant. I have 12 other piercings and this was truly my best experience by far. They were very competent and knowledgable in presenting all information surrounding my piercings. This included talking me through the entire process as they were going so that I knew not only what they were doing but why they were doing it as well. Such a great selection of products. Manu was incredible in helping me find what I liked and answering all the questions I had about my old piercings (and possible future ones!). She also explained everything she was doing as she put in my new earrings for me which I really appreciated - even though I wasn't getting pierced I was still nervous so having her talk to me throughout and explain the process made it a very enjoyable experience. Super excited to come back in the future for more jewelry and future piercings!
