This was our son’s second visit to Hair Tropics and my very first—and wow, I was blown away! Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing with him. Ella is the sweetest and really knows how to work with Jude's cow lick! Thank you for freshening up his cut for school and still taking us after running late. My plate is so full right now, I wasn't going to be able to get him in on Monday, so I appreciate it greatly. There's a reason we've never gone anywhere else in 4 years :)

We had an appointment with Kaitlyn and she was fantastic with our almost toddler. She let out little guy sit on my lap, which was super handy. Best haircut he's had yet. We have tried Beaners and they were fine, but not nearly as good.

Ella is so lovely and great with babies. Overall great experience. I wish I could have thanked her afterwards, but she disappeared into the back after I was trying to get some of the excess hair product out of my sons hair with a towel (not her fault, his baby hair is so fine!).

I am, and always am incredibly happy with the customer experience had here. My son got his first hair cut which made my mom heart cry a little and I was nervous and wouldn't stop talking but Kaitlyn was so kind and reassuring and wonderful with my toddler. The princess sparkles after my daughter's bang trim had her elated, and she always enjoys her cuts here. Kaitlyn is also was a wealth of knowledge and we were given some really good direction on how to properly care for our children's hair. All this to say, if you have kids you should bring them here for all your hair cutting needs.

Jordan was very good with my 4 year old. She did the cut, then the braids, and was very patient. We had a bit of a wait when we arrived as there was a mix up in the online scheduler, however, they were super nice and helpful and even offered a glitter tattoo to keep my daughter happy while she waited. They were also super accommodating when my daughter wanted to switch cars before getting the cut done. This is our second time here, and we will return again. I often recommend this location to my friends with kids.
