I went this morning for a facial with Lauren.I have to say she was so lovely and totally accomodating to my needs.I had been here a good few years ago and had a not so good experience and was nervous about going again.The experience today was the total opposite and Lauren was a delight.Thank you so much.

My 7year old daughter has been super excited about getting her ears pierced. So it was really important to find a clean and professional environment, this started from the moment we called to make the appointment right up to Information about aftercare. She was seen by Jade who put her at ease and made her first piercing experience as comfortable as possible.

I got both my lobes and my lower helix pierced. The team were great - they explained everything for me clearly about the process and aftercare and made me feel comfortable during the piercings. Aaliyah was lovely and made me feel at ease during the process.

“I was afraid [before getting my ears pierced] but they were really nice” - in our child’s words. Rich and Alejandro were soothing and patient (laughing and making conversation), making us feel completely at ease. The atmosphere was chilled and very family-friendly.
