Manicure, brow shape and I felt relaxed already. Followed by back neck massage with reflexology. I fell asleep and woke up totally refreshed and relaxed. Debbie’s treatment room is always welcoming, calming candles, music that is calming - add Debbie’s friendly welcome and magic hands what more is needed on a Friday afternoon to relax into the weekend 😊

Converted to reflexology! This is such a special place. Somewhere I always feel safe and held, which is so important when you’re working on connecting with your body. I’ve loved every treatment I’ve had, but this one might have been my favourite!

Really enjoyed the thai package including full body massage and reflexology. The treatment room was so peaceful, the music, temperature was good. Baboa was very skilled and I felt like I was innexpert hands. Thank you so much for such a zen experience.

A manicure, followed by back, neck, scalp massage with reflexology was what I needed. From the moment I stepped into the room I felt myself relaxing. In fact I fell asleep through my treatment which was even better. When you have to wake yourself up you know you are relaxed. Today I had a pialtes facial which included a back massage followed by reflexology. So essentially a pamper from head to toe and it was just what I needed. It is so nice to take time out and have someone look after me for a change and as a mum and 2 with a business to run it is definitely needed from time to time. I had a full body massage and reflexology. Being a busy mum this was an amazing escape to relax and unwind. Sometimes full body massages can be over all too fast but this was just perfect. I felt revived after my treatment and will definitely be booking again in the future.

Alaine creates the most luxurious feeling at her studio (and at the bothy). From the moment you step in, all of your responsibilities and thoughts melt away and you’re looked after and pampered in every way until the moment you leave the bubble. I had the most relaxing reflexology session and will be booking in again soon.

Absolutely the best reflexology experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was calm, warm, and inviting, with a real sense of holistic care. The practitioner Alaine was not only highly skilled but also incredibly intuitive, she seemed to know exactly where my body needed balance. After the session, I felt deeply relaxed, lighter, and re-energized. My stress melted away, and even some lingering aches I’d had for weeks disappeared. This isn’t just reflexology, it’s a full mind-body reset. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

I experienced a great day with both Barbora and Natalia. I had not experienced reflexology before, I did feel an increase in energy. Natalia explained how to use the Floatation Therapy pod, in reflection I enjoyed the time to connect with myself. All over it was a lovely, relaxing and mindfulness day. I would defiantly go again.
