Whole process 5 star. Krissy st Heeling Palms has great energy. Start to finish amd on going my experience left me floating on air, extremely relaxed. Ive experience reflexology before, but this was certainly another level, I went into meditation and so chilled and released lots afterwards. Literally can not wait for next visit! Highly recommend for all systems, reduce stress and make some space for the busy mind. Felt held and looked after and in very safe hands. Thank you Krissy.

Wow, what a truly magnificent treatment I received. I am so blessed. While I knew the correlation between feet and the rest of the body, to feel and see the positive effects during the treatment and the next day makes me question why this is the first time I’ve done this for myself! Reflexology should be a regular self care routine. I couldn’t recommend Krissy enough. Her couch was the most comfortable I’ve been in a long time. I will definitely be booking in again. First time having reflexology with Krissy. It was a really wonderful experience...Krissy was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I felt noticeably less bloated and totally relaxed after my lymphatic drainage. Comfortable setting with soothing music being played. Laura showed great ability and knowledge. I'll definitely be back!
