I have never had a proper reflexology session before but it will not be my last. I had a full body massage finished with the most amazing feeling my feet and body will not forget. Song on radio as I was driving home. Walking on sunshine was very appropriate.

I had reflexology and Reiki with Ruth at of tranquility. It was a truly relaxing and peaceful experience. The treatment room is beautiful and Ruth is kind and welcoming. Afterwards I had the best nights sleep I have had in ages and have felt energized and alert all day. Highly recommend .

Absolutely amazing! I had the luxury reflexology treatment and it was very relaxing, and I like quite firm massages and Liz was brilliant with the pressure applied! Just what I needed 😊 My feet felt so soft and light after treatment. I 100% recommend all the treatments Liz has to offer, she is fantastic and can’t wait for my Indian head massage 😊

My leg massage and reflexology session was lovely this morning, Lucy took time to understand my current medical and emotional health and was attentive and responsive throughout the treatment. Cosy and warm room and I felt very nurtured and restored afterwards. 10/10 would recommend and am going back for an Indian head massage next time! Xx

Reflexology and Reiki combo. Always super-relaxing, consistent from visit to visit, this was my final in a block of 6 and I'll likely book another block over the winter.
