Sarah is great. Personally, I like a firm, hard massage, and Sarah's fingers are strong! She is so knowledgeable about natural therapies and the impact of particular massage on your biology. I love going to her for reflexology and deep tissue body massage. Her space is peaceful, clean and professional. She's brilliant!

I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! I visited Wild Beauty for a facial, and it was an absolute delight! Tucked away on Romford Road, this place is a hidden gem in Forest Gate. Amazing experience. Iv had a bad neck and before I even got to the massage part I felt better from just the spa room. Jacuzzi. The steam room and the hot room. All does wonders for your body. Highly recommend. I just wish when booking it states that once you select a 2 person spa room. Anything else u add isn’t also a 2 person package. So be sure to select 2 additional massages if your with someone else too. Staff are super nice and helpful. And great hospitality. For my first time i had an amazing time. Wish it was longer

Lovely experience of reflexology. I felt immediately relaxed during the treatment. Jeanette is lovely professional person, friendly and knowledgeable. She was very accurate with her findings and explained everything really well. I was then given a summary which was great and how I could work on myself at home. Really impressive, she has healing hands! Highly recommend her and can't wait for my next appointment.

I had the most amazing reflexology session with Cordelia today, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. Being 17 weeks pregnant, I was really in need of something relaxing and grounding and Cordelia delivered that and more.From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. She has such a gentle, calming presence and explained everything so thoughtfully, which really helped me relax and feel comfortable throughout the session. The treatment itself was incredibly soothing and I left feeling so much lighter and more balanced, both physically and mentally! ❤️

Steph completely transported me in that massage! Not only was it deeply relaxing on my body but I’ve never felt so calm and clear in my mind during a treatment! I added on cupping and it seriously elevated the experience as Steph could work on other parts of my body while the cups did their thing! Would highly recommend as an add on! Xx
