I had a great experience getting microneedling. From start to finish, Fran was absolutely incredible. She took the time to explain the entire process at every single step, which completely put me at ease. Not only is she highly professional and polite, but she’s also so pleasant to talk to and made the whole session fly by. Had a treatment with Fran, it was the Endolift, she explained every part of the process, very professional and caring nature, the process was absolutly fine , no pain or discomfort, great aftercare advice given with a follow up in a couple of months, I have had other treatments here and all have been professional , I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I had 3 Pico laser facials and lip filler over the last few months. It took weeks to pluck up courage to go in for a consultation but I am so glad I did . Mollie is lovely, she makes you feel at ease instantly, no pressure to have any treatment or sell the most costly treatment . I can honestly say the results I have had so far have exceed my expectations and I have just booked to try the CO2 laser after a free detailed discussion about alternative options and any fears I have . I had the new Co2 laser treatment around my eyes today and Fran was great, very calming, explained to me what she would be doing when and was thorough in her treatment; advising me of next steps and what I need to do to best aid my recovery. Can't wait to see my results!
