If I could give more stars I would! Can’t thank Louise enough for how refreshed she makes me feel by the time I leave after my treatments. I had the Snowberry Candle Massage, Facial and Pink Gin Pedicure (which is a fav) and my skin feels amazing. Already booked in for my next appointments because I’m sick of missing out when she is fully booked.

Louise has restored my eyebrow arches and tinted them so that you can't see the patches I made when I tried using my 'No No' instead of leaving it to the professionals! Thoroughly enjoyed being pampered in the beautifully warm, calming salon, topped off with a lush hot chocolate ..... can't wait for my next visit x

Had the Frangipani massage today. On arrival, Louise talked me through the Covid-19 requirements and the steps she had in place to ensure mine, hers and other clients’ safety. Louise also talked me through what the massage would entail. Louise already knew of my medical history and so she was extra cautious around my needs and the amount of pressure I could withstand. The room itself is decorated beautifully and the aromas are welcoming and relaxing, conducive to the treatment. Throughout the treatment, Louise ensured that I was comfortable. Amazing as always. Always love my nails they last the time that they are meant to and Emily is so friendly and full of conversation when you come in every time . She’s just amazing at what she does. ❤️

I really enjoyed the facial, shoulder & scalp massage. It was very relaxing & Donna was excellent. She was experienced in the full cleansing & moisturising facial & the massage side. We had conversation at the beginning as part of the consultation & as I was starting to relax into the session. I felt comfortable asking her questions & she picked up the time to leave me to relax without conversation. She was very helpful with my questions. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.
