Rachel is lovely and really puts you at ease. You will have a laugh and the time will fly over. I’ve had a bad experience with waxing and can’t recommend Rachel enough, the little touches make a big difference.

First time I've had my brows tinted and waxed. Despite what the mapping had told Charlotte to do..she went with my eyebrow shape which I'm glad about. Hopefully get a couple of weeks of not having to do my brows everyday

Had my second message by Lisa, she is a diamond. I just couldn’t resist of booking again so a zen treatment it was of aromatherapy reflexology only involving feet but really paying attention to relaxation and mindfulness. Oh my days, I felt ever so good. She stimulated the immune system working flow all the way through the body and sole using essential oils (I chose samples of lavender, rosemary & neroli). It’s not very often I do this, I even tipped her a bit extra as she deserved it. She’s done so well this year. For all the hard work I gifted her a box of chocolate & card to say thank you!🥰

Rachel was so lovely at my first waxing appointment and made me feel so at ease! She is very bubbly and chatty which makes the experience so much more bearable and go a lot faster. She was very quick and efficient with the waxing and it was a lot less painful than I thought it would be. It is CLEAR to see exactly why Faye has over 10 years experience in this business - I promise you, you’ll walk away from here with the BEST lashes you’ve ever had, no matter what your requirements are - natural, full, whispy - Faye nails them all and is the only tech to ever actually deliver exactly what I’ve asked for! And if I’m fully honest, I don’t think I’d get through life without my fortnightly counselling sessions from the lovely, welcoming, kind hearted faye. I had a massage today at the beauty spot . What a lovely place. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The staff were not only professional but also genuinely warm and attentive, which made the whole visit even more relaxing. The massage itself was excellent perfect pressure and tailored to exactly what I needed. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely looked after. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service in a peaceful setting. I’ll definitely be back!

Visit 2 this week . Today I had an appointment with Shelia I feel totally relaxed at appointment . I remember First appointment at the beauty spot I was so nervous as I had never treated myself ..I was made to fill so welcome that I wondered why I had left making an appointment for so long .
