Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. It was absolutely amazing, I was really scared because I hadn’t got waxed let alone Hollywood waxing in a very long time but it wasn’t that bad at all, the person who gave me a wax was so nice to me and assured me it would be fine, she let me hold her arm as well. It wasn’t that painful and I think that’s because she did it so well. Made me feel very comfortable and I really appreciate that.
