I had an incredible experience at Arivon Aesthetics! From the moment I walked in, the space felt warm, clean, and calming exactly what you want before a wax. I booked a full Hollywood wax, and it was honestly the most comfortable and professional service I’ve ever had. Danielle was amazing super friendly, skilled, and talked me through every step to make sure I felt relaxed and informed. The waxing itself was quick, precise, and way less painful than I expected. The ladies in the salon had experienced a really difficult client just before I had arrived to my appointment which then set them back from their schedule and as a result I was seen to later than my original time for my appointment. Nian was very apologetic for the delay and handled the situation like a pro. Although all of the team had been set back due to this difficult client they remained professional level-headed and calm. Nian managed the team well and lead the team successfully to catch up on the time they had lost due to the difficult client. Go team Nails & the city!

I came in for a blow-dry the added brow shaping and couldn’t be happier with the results. My hair looked sleek and full of volume, and my brows were shaped beautifully natural but defined. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend!
