Staff are friendly and welcoming. Sasha is engaging and knowledgeable. She's savvy enough to keep apprehensive waxing clients chatting and distracted during the " process". The only reason she didn't get 5 stars is because she didn't give me winning Lotto numbers 🙃😁. Abby did a great job on my mani pedi. She actually made sure all my nails and both hands matched in style and length!

Bianca is such a warm and welcoming person and she’s definitely the best at what she does. She makes every visit feel like you’re visiting a long time friend to catch up that you almost forget the pain of waxing loll.

I haven’t gone to anyone to have my eyebrows done in over 8 years because of a horrible experience and today I put my trust in Kay and I couldn’t be any happier.
