Staff are friendly and welcoming. Sasha is engaging and knowledgeable. She's savvy enough to keep apprehensive waxing clients chatting and distracted during the " process". The only reason she didn't get 5 stars is because she didn't give me winning Lotto numbers 🙃😁. Abby did a great job on my mani pedi. She actually made sure all my nails and both hands matched in style and length!

I had a wonderful experience at Grabbers by Coco. She was incredibly welcoming and patient throughout my visit. Since I don’t get my nails done often, the process can sometimes feel a bit tense for me, but she made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She took her time and paid great attention to detail and I truly appreciate that. I absolutely love the final result my nails look beautiful!

Oleander tried to make me as comfortable as possible and made sure I was happy with the outcome of my nails.

Yaneth took her time to do a complete overhaul to my extremely damaged nails, using builder gel overlay on my natural nails, doing a nude cat-eye look which I found extremely elegant and very neatly done. She's a precise, skilled but fast manucurist. Fantastic job!

My experience so far has been great. The comfort and the hospitality and when my nails are done I’m extremely satisfied. Keep up the good work!!!

First nail tech I've visited that I don't experience nails popping off or breaking between appointments. She's also works fast and is the sweetest person.
