Thankyou so much Emma for putting my mind at rest. I've never had my eyebrows or lip waxed and Emma talked me through everything so patiently. It didn't hurt at all and I'm so pleased with the results. I had a brow tint too and they look fab. Ill definitely be coming back! The price was great too. Fantastic results 👏 👌

Long session of electrolysis today! Grateful to say I don’t look like a billy goat 🐐 anymore! Not the most luxurious of treatments, but I felt quite comfortable enough safely in Donna’s magical hands! Great treatment for permanent hair removal and not nearly as painful as repeated waxing or use of an epilator. And Donna really does have the most nimble of hands! ☺️

One of the best facials i had, it was so relaxing it put me right to sleep and i woke up with the most hydrated and smooth skin ive ever had, my eyebrows were also done to perfection with such care and precision. I will be back for my monthly maintenance

Today I had my nails done, the quality and attention to detail was incredible and very professional. I then had my eyebrows laminated and a lash lift, this again was a relaxing and comfortable experience, everything was explained throughout my treatment and I was also given advice for aftercare to maintain the best results. I would highly recommended to anyone and I will definitely be a regular client.

First time coming. Was a little nervous since I’ve never had my eyebrows waxed before but amber reassured me and made me feel at ease. Kind and welcoming experience, thankyou.

I’ve had my eyebrows tinted & a lash lift & tint for the 2nd time. They looks amazing & I feel more youthful too. I’ve also had a back massage which Leah really helps with my knotted back. Have re-booked as Leah makes you feel so welcomed, relaxed & pampered. Can’t wait to try biab nails by Leah too. I honestly can’t recommend Leah highly enough. All I can say is do not hesitate to book in, you won’t be disappointed.

I have purposely held off for 2 days leaving a review about my lash lift & tint & eyebrow tint to see if it would last as I’d had it done in the past by someone else & paid a lot more only to wake up the next morning & it looked like I’d never had it done so a complete waste of money. However Leah has worked miracles on my lashes & they haven’t moved even after sleeping on my face & squashing them. I really can’t recommend Leah highly enough. She is a true professional who knows her job inside out. Thank you so much for making me feel better about myself xx

It was lovely. I'm not feeling great today but after a pedicure with sparkly polish plus a long chat with Donna.... I felt 100% better... Donna also made time to tint my eyebrows so I'm feeling lucky to be a client at Star Anise. Tonight I've realised I've known Donna for over 20 years and I've been a regular customer ever since I moved here 14+ years ago.
